Refunds

Peacebook books are digital downloads. Once you have the file, we cannot take it back. So we do not give refunds if you change your mind.

You get your file the moment you pay. By buying, you ask for it to be delivered right away and, as far as your local law allows, you give up any right to cancel after delivery.

When we do help

• The file will not open, or it is damaged.
• You paid but did not receive your download link.
• You were charged twice for the same book.

In these cases we fix the problem first. If we cannot fix it, we refund you.

How to ask

Email peacebook@gmail.com. Please include:

1. The email address you used at checkout.
2. Your Selar receipt or transaction reference.
3. A short note about what went wrong.
